We can ship products anywhere in the Contiguous United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii) using the shipping method of your choice. When your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information to you as it becomes available.

Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?
Because we have such a large inventory, we are able to ship 90% of orders within 24 hours, (holidays and weekends excluded), pending credit verification. Please note that expedited shipping methods do no reduce order processing time.

Orders received by 3 PM EST have are more likely to ship same day or the following business day. However, exceptions may apply depending on the shipping method you choose. UPS is our standard shipping method and choosing UPS may decrease time passed prior to shipment. Other carriers, are scheduled as needed and may add an additional business day to shipment. Other exceptions may apply.

Where is the product shipped from?
We have several distribution warehouses throughout the United States. Significant shipments come from two of our main warehouses. One located in VA and our main operating location in New Hampshire. Please know we may ship from one or more locations depending on inventory per location. If you need product by a specific date, please note in the special instructions section or customer notes, during checkout. This will not guarantee delivery by the specific date, however we will make special arrangements as best we can.

How much does shipping cost?
Card Tech ID offers free shipping on select items. In this case, choose the "Honors Free Shipping Shipping Options" during checkout. You may also preview our UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping rates during the checkout process by clicking the available links "Click Here for Rates".

Can you ship to PO boxes?
Due to fraud associated with PO box addresses, we cannot ship to them. Please arrange to have products shipped to your physical address.

Do you validate credit card use/authenticity?
Yes. For your protection and ours, a representative from Card Tech ID will contact you via email to notify you your order has been placed on hold. At times, additional information is required by Risk Management to ensure your order is valid. You may also be contacted via phone, either by a Card Tech ID representative or by your credit card company for verification reasons. We apologize for the delay this may cause to the shipment of your order, but is necessary with the increase of fraudulent sales regarding ID hardware/software and supplies.

How do I change quantities or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we are happy to make changes to quantities, help you make another selection or cancel your order. Please email orders@cardtechid.com and reference your Order Number and specify the changes you would like made or request a representative to contact you.

How do I track my order?
Once orders have shipped from CardTechID.com, you may use your tracking number we email you. Order tracking numbers are typically ready and emailed within 24 hours of product shipment. Please login to your account and the order tracking link will be available.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. As soon as the items are available, we will ship them to you.

I didn't receive my order when expected. What do I do?
When your order ships, we will provide an email including your tracking number. Some products may be on backorder. Shipping time-in-transit will be provided by clicking the link for your tracking number. Please note: Shipping time-in-transit estimates provided at checkout does not include the order processing and shipping preparations times needed to ship your order. This can take up to 24 hours, not including holidays and weekends. This includes expedited shipping options.
